Wormer

Parasites can cause health problems including colic; we follow a vet-guided deworming protocol, including regular fecal egg counts. Each resident donkey gets wormed at least once each year.  One tube of wormer can do up to 3 donkeys depending on their size.   All new donkeys have a fecal egg count done to assess their worm burden and determine the appropriate worming program, for resident donkeys this is twice a year.
