Who is this gorgeous little duo? What a shock that one has such short ears 😘
Well this is Jacob the donkey and his friend Oscar the Shetland. Oscar may have little ears but they really are the very best of friends. Their elderly owner desperately needed our help and after much discussion, we felt we just had to help, and so here they are.
Unfortunately we thought Oscar just needed steamed hay to help his allergy but after many vet visits, puffs of ventolin and all sort of other medication, we felt it wasn’t just hay and we were right! He has allergy’s to a certain grass, a few different bees and dust😳 So at great expense, August 24 he started a desensitisation programme which we hope will help his breathing.
