Hello, my name is Lily and I am the Secretary for HeeHaws. I am really proud to be a named member of the board.

Carina is my Mum, so it’s safe to say I don’t remember a time when animals weren’t part of the family and home. I have always been happy to help out whenever and however I can.

Due to current work and family commitments I will not be able to be  ‘hands-on’ with our donkeys, but hope I will make up for it with the secretary role. Never fear, I shall give it my all.

I was 8 when we moved to France, which means I am bi-lingual and that will be a great asset for my role as secretary. I can read, write and speak both French and English with equal skill. Being super organised is something I am known for, so keeping on top of tasks will be of great value to HeeHaws.

I care deeply that there are so many neglected and abused donkeys in need of our help. I am honoured and privileged to be part of this wonderful Donkey Sanctuary and to do my bit to help them.

It is exciting times for HeeHaws and I will work my socks off to help raise funds, awareness and compassion for what we do. I do it proudly and with as much sparkle as I have…which is a LOT.
